Detroit Mercy Titans Lacrosse Gloves

All white everything.

Detroit

Titan Swag. New helmets a few weeks ago, now new gloves for Detroit. All-white in the house (photo via Jamie Hebden). I’m equally intrigued by the snacks that lie beneath.

Michigan

At long last, Michigan has officially released their 2012 schedule. Aside from a few minor changes (mostly in game times, not dates), it’s the same as the one I posted about a month back.

Michigan’s Oosterbaan Fieldhouse makes Lacrosse All-Stars’s top 25 college lacrosse venues. The Wolverines should only have a couple games in the fieldhouse this spring, opting to play most f their games in Michigan Stadium until their dedicated lacrosse facilities are built.

Recruiting

Holt’s Stevie McKee verbally committed to play at Queen’s College. The Knights play NCAA D-2 ball. McKee’s older brother, Tommy, plays at Air Force.

In case you missed it on Friday, Michigan has added another pair of 2013 commits.

Etc.

This is not such a link (well, it kind of is), but over the weekend, the Michigan Chapter of US Lacrosse held their Fall 7-on-7 tournament in Northville. I only briefly stopped by the park (which, for the record, is huge), but it looked like a fun event.

This is moderately off-topic, but Major League Lacrosse has inked a deal with CBS Sports to carry some of their games to your television tubes starting next summer. I’m not a big fan of the pro game, but it’s a great way to get the sport in front of more eyeballs.
