Michigan Adds a Pair of 2013s

A couple new 2013 recruits have picked Michigan, according to LaxLessons and ESPNHS.

First up, it’s CT D/LSM Andrew Hatton:

What were the main factors in your decision?
I knew I wanted to play at a Division I school with a great athletic tradition and Michigan certainly has that.  Also, I will have a great opportunity to excel academically at Michigan.

There’s much more in there, so click through (I’m greedily saving it for the Hello post).

The second recruit in two days for the Wolverines was NH A Austin Shanks, a favorite of ESPNHS:

ESPNHS: What made Michigan such an attractive choice?
AS: “Everything about Michigan was attractive, going over pros and cons of schools it was very hard to pick out a con of Michigan. It had everything I liked most about other schools all in one, the indoor stadium they are building just shows that Michigan lacrosse is going to be very serious.”

I would looooove to see any rough draft blueprints of the new indoor facility that they’re showing recruits. Shanks is ESPNHS’s #40 junior.

I think I’m mostly done profiling 2012 commits for Michigan, so I’ll try to go about confirming a few more of Detroit’s 2012 guys and move into 2013s for the Hello posts.
