Air Force 14, Robert Morris 17

  • Sophomore attack Tommy McKee (Holt) – Started and scored one goal on four shots. Also contributed an assist, and committed one penalty for 1:00.

Detroit 16, Mercer 7

  • Freshman attack Brandon Beauregard (Notre Dame Prep) – Took one shot and committed one turnover.
  • Senior midfielder John Bemben (Hartland) – Picked up two ground balls and committed one turnover.
  • Freshman midfielder Mike Birney (Detroit Catholic Central) – Took four shots (one on goal) and picked up two ground balls.
  • Junior midfielder Tyler Corcoran (South Lyon) – Won three of five faceoffs, picking up one ground ball. Also took one shot on goal.
  • Junior midfielder Brandon Davenport (Grosse Pointe North) – Won three of nine faceoffs, picking up two ground balls. Also caused one turnover and committed on turnover.
  • Sophomore attack Scott Drummond (Birmingham Seaholm) – Started, scored three goals on five shots (four on goal) and added two assists to lead the team in scoring with five points. Tied for the team lead with five ground balls.
  • Junior defenseman John Dwyer (Detroit Catholic Central) – Started and scored a goal on one shot. Caused one turnover and picked up two ground balls. Also committed one turnover.
  • Sophomore midfielder Nick Garippa (Notre Dame Prep) – Took one shot and picked up one ground ball.
  • Freshman defenseman Joe Gifford (Notre Dame Prep) – Played, but only made the scoresheet by committing one turnover.
  • Senior attack Scott Harris (Saline) – Started, and scored two goals on two shots while adding one assist. Also picked up three ground balls, but committed one turnover as well.
